Description
Troubleshooting
No AC connection (302)
No utility grid connected or utility grid power failure
Check AC isolator or circuit breaker. If both are ON and issue persists, submit a maintenance service request
AC V outrange (300)
Utility grid voltage is out of permissible range
Switch off DC switch. Check AC wiring, especially neutral/ground. Restart inverter. If problem persists, contact Growatt.
AC F outrange (304)
Utility grid frequency is out of range
Switch off DC switch. Check AC wiring and grid frequency. Restart inverter. If problem persists, contact Growatt.
Over temperature (408)
Temperature out of range
Ensure inverter is not covered. Restart inverter. If issue persists and temp < 60°C, contact Growatt
PV isolation low (203)
Insulation problem
Check panel/inverter grounding. Check DC breaker for moisture. Measure impedance. If still faulty, contact Growatt.
Output high DCI (402)
Independent operation detected
Restart inverter. If error remains, contact Growatt.
Residual I high (201)
Leakage current too high
Restart inverter. If error remains, contact Growatt.
PV voltage high (202)
DC input voltage exceeds max tolerance
Disconnect DC switch immediately. Check PV voltage with multimeter. If <550V and issue persists, contact Growatt.
Auto test failed (407)
Auto test didn’t pass
Restart inverter. If problem persists, contact Growatt.
